Shipping & Returns

We provide shipping for your order at our actual cost, and we normally ship within one business day of your order. Please select your preferred method at check-out (see below for current rates). We use U.S. Postal Service ONLY. Media Mail rate (cheaper, kind of slow), insurance, or delivery-confirmation are available by arrangement. Please contact us if you do not find a rate to match your order...

U.S. two CDs first class $4.00
U.S. Priority Mail: any quantity of CDs 2-4 day service anywhere in the mainland US $5.95
International airmail: 1-3 CDs airmail to UK/Europe/Asia/OZ 1 CD (or 2 CDs without jewel-cases) $12.95
International: Global Priority mailer: fits up to 10 CDs (or 30-40 CDs without jewel-cases) $23.95
One LP media mail USA only [5-10 days] $3.00
2 or 3 LPs media mail USA only [5-10 days] $4.00
One LP PRIORITY mail USA only [1-3 days] $5.95 (higher outside the Northeast)
2 or 3 LPs PRIORITY mail USA only [1-3 days] $10.95 (higher outside the Northeast)
4 or more LPs PRIORITY mail USA only [1-3 days] $15.00 (higher outside the Northeast)
One LP international: first class AIRMAIL [3-8 days] $16.00
2 or 3 LPs international: first class AIRMAIL [3-8 days] $22.00
4 or 5 LPs international: first class AIRMAIL [3-8 days] $29.00

Returns: please notify us promptly if there is a problem with your order and contact us before sending anything back.

Refunds: Full or partial refunds will be made for missing or mis-ordered items at the time of purchase/shipment, unless the customer wishes to make alternate selections. (Credit for a somewhat higher value than the missing item will normally be offered.)
Credit-card purchases (except through PayPal) are not eligible for partial refunds: you will be given a choice to cancel the entire order or to receive a credit for use on other items, or to receive a business check for the refund amount.
All items are securely packed, but the customer assumes all risk of damage or loss in transit due to mis-handling or loss. These problems are vanishingly rare, and certainly less than one in a thousand. If at all possible we will try to replace lost items at our cost. Insurance or registered service is available at additional cost but not recommended as it's a waste of money, given the tiny risk!
