PITIFUL - Deptford Session 1978 (Detour OFFTB 023) super-scruffy live and demos

The PITIFUL - Deptford Session 1978 (Detour OFFTB 023) Live-to-cassette at the King's Head, Deptford, February/April '78, plus four songs at least nominally recorded in a studio. Edition of 200.

Prodigiously basic, shambling, singalong party-punk from a well-loved club band whose chief claim to fame may have been blowing their 'Farewell to the Roxy' taping after the drummer handed his sticks to an audience-member while he went to take a piss and promptly, upon his return, let one fly out of his hand and strike the sound engineer.
