The Edge - Alternative Allston 7" EP (T.L. #7)

The Edge - Alternative Allston 7" EP (Throbbing Lobster #7) Boston, 1985. Two thirds of the Edge moved here from Cincinnati after their debut 45 came out. They grabbed a high-school sophomore to play drums (which sorta limited the number of places they could play) and recorded a ton of political popcore at Radiobeat. This was supposed to be a teaser for an LP that never happened, though some tracks appeared on the Johnny Cuba & the Edge LP after they returned to Cincinnati (sans drummer). 500 copies made, no more than two hundred sold. Some went with the band, some seem to be here, the rest??? "Snappy, gutsy music with as much sensitivity and sincerity as energy" -Suburban Voice (sounds like pre-emo, which is actually pretty accurate.)
Poster sleeve with lyrics. New/unplayed $10:
(Postage will be charged at cost - $2 in the U.S. $5.00 outside. Please choose a shipping option for that amount at check-out)
